Line Dances

A Line Dance is a choreographed dance in which a group of people dance along to a repeating sequence of steps while arranged in one or more lines or rows. This is done to all genres of music and each dance is usually associated with, and named for, a specific song. Line dancing exercises the brain and the body simultaneously and provides a platform to get involved in a social environment.
